Placing an order with DIYTOOLS.COM is very simple
1. Search for your product
2. Add the item to your shopping basket
3. Proceed to checkout
4. Click to Pay
5. You need to register once only
6. Confirm shipping details and enter your credit card detail
7.Click the Order now button and wait for your confirmation Email
You can order any number of Items from DIYTOOLS.COM, all orders will be
dispatched as soon as the order is received by our Order processing team, if
your Order is out of stock it will be dispatched as soon as the item is back in
stock.
No item is out of stock for more than 30 days, unless the item is discontinued
or has ceased production
Your order will be shipped using Securicor Dispatch Services, TNT, Parcelforce and Royal Mail once all items in
your order are at our warehouse they will be dispatched. Once the items have
been dispatched we will email you an order tracking number which enables you to
track your order up until it arrives at your door.
Expect delivery of all goods within 2-3 working days

Tracking information is available 24 hours by most shipping couries following shipment of your order.
There is no shipping on Sunday but shipping on Saturday can be arranged.
*If we cannot deliver the goods within 2-3 days you will
be notified immediately and, with your agreement, we shall arrange another time
for delivery. If we cannot agree on another time for delivery, you are will be
offered a full refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a
consumer
