Searching for products:
You can search for products by manufacturer, product type and text search

If you are looking for a products by a particular manufacturer or product
type you can select these items in the drop down boxes at the top left of every page.
If you are looking for a general items you can search using our general text
search box.
By clicking the more button on the find a tool box you can go to an advance search page where you can search by many more product types and price ranges. |

Placing an order:
Ordering items from DIYTOOLS.COM is secure and easy
1. Select your product
2. Click the Add to Trolley button next to the item
3. If you have finished shopping, confirm the quantity of the items selected,
and press the click to pay button
4.You will be asked to register on the site, you only need to do this once.
5. Once you are a registered user you will be
asked to fill in shipping and credit card details, and if you have a
gift voucher, you may enter the voucher key here. Click the
'Complete Order' button to place your order. 6. You will be
presented with another screen where you can verify your order before
submitting it to DIYTOOLS.COM
7. Congratulations you have placed an order with DIYTOOLS.COM, you will be
provided an Order no. which you should make a note of.
8. You will receive an email confirming your order, you will be informed later
when the item is dispatched.
Shipping:
All items are shipped from our base we use a reputable company, Securicor,
for delivery. Once your item has been shipped you will be provided via email an
order tracking number which will enable you to track your order via the web.
We also recommend you
use Securicor delivery services for returning any items to us.
Gift Vouchers: To use a DIYTOOLS.COM gift
voucher, simply order from DIYTOOLS.COM as you would
normally.
On the shipping and payment options screen, you
will see an extra box where you can
enter your voucher key. The following screen will show you the voucher discount
value.
Complaints:
DIYTOOLS.COM endeavours to respond to any
complaints that you may have within five working days. You may email your complaint to CustomerCare Department :sales@diytools.com.
Expect delivery of all goods
within 2-3 working days *
*If we cannot deliver the goods within 2-3 days you will
be notified immediately and, with your agreement, we shall arrange another time
for delivery. If we cannot agree on another time for delivery, you are will be
offered a full refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a
consumer
