Once you have placed an order at DIYTOOLS.COM you can cancel the order from the My Account page.
This is provided that the order has not yet been despatched. If the order has already been despatched, we regret that
we are unable to cancel the order, although the 14-day money-back guarantee still applies.
I have found a lower price
At DIYTOOLS.COM we try and ensure that all our web prices are competitive, if
however you have found a product that is available cheaper on the web from an
authorised dealer and they have the product in stock contact our sales
department within 7 days of purchase and we will be happy to refund the
difference
Why do I need to register ?
Once you have registered we are able to offer a more personalised service to

Do you accept international orders ?
DIYTOOLS.COM ships to any country worldwide, we accept orders from any country
and also provide a currency check so that you can estimate what the cost will be

Why don't you have images or detailed information for every product ?
DIYTOOLS.COM is currently being completely revamped we are adding more images
and product guides as we speak, but with 24,000 items this can take time, if you
do need more information on any product please contact our sales team who will
